Nikon among its various products released the all new Nikon COOLPIX P500 on 09 February, 2011. This new camera is a product of the COOLPIX series with all new features, having an optical zoom of 36x and effective noise and distortion reduction. Like the other digital cameras of Nikon even COOLPIX P500 has NIKKOR lens that covers a broad range of focal lengths from wide-angle 22.5mm through super-telephoto 810mm. This feature of the lens doesn’t just allow capturing wide-angle shots but also offers the highest optical zoom power for the first time in the COOLPIX series.
